Hello Mam, I am a mother of twins, my babies are 7 months 23 days old , they are not eating properly and not taking breast milk and fm also much . Last month the weight gain was just 250 gms . Can you give any tips to manage weight gain ?

Teething could be happening with both your kids that’s why the loss of appetite can be seen second with the food that you’ve started for the child or the kids you should add salt and spices into that when you give proper flavours of food to the kids I’m sure they would like to eat
