hello mam, Goodmorning My daughter is two year's old and she suffers usually constipation, please provide some advice for her. FYI we are strictly vegetarians, please advise any food advice accordingly.

A. hello mommy . Medicine like gylcerine suppository or any laxative should be avoided at this age . Water and fibres should be increased in kid's daily routine . . . .
