POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Eggs are now generally considered a safe early food for babies. If you have a family history of allergic reaction to eggs, or your baby has severe eczema, talk to your pediatrician before introducing eggs to your baby as they start solids.
