hello Mam and sir my baby 2.5month has done potty 8 times... watery stool.. and refuses to take medicine and ors... plz help its my humble request

A. Without medicine there is no way relief for the child if you do not see your child taking medicine then get an injection done for your child that is only going to give relief or medications are giving to avoid vaccinations but you have to go for an injection in this case

I have started Endergermina and zinconia and ORS. Pls suggest is it normal or should I change the medicine.
