You can regularly apply cucumber juice that really helps a lot when you apply cucumber juice and other other than that also I would recommend you that you should not give much of screen time to the child if you’re giving any because these things are only seen when the child either does not sleep well or get too much of mobile or screen time then it is quite a problem
