I Would like to say that you are an explain his mother so you would know it definitely very well as to what kind of diet you should take how do you need to take care of your pregnancy so as of now since you’re pregnant I would not advise you to go out too much because corona is still there so avoid doing all these things try to eat more of home-cooked healthy food on an every day basis avoid more of junk and fried food
