you can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer.
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later mashed paneer.
consistency of food should be like that of ghee.

Cerelac Is a beginners food you can give it to the child it’s not a problem but just one time in the day don’t make it a habit of giving it more than one time always try to focus on giving home cook fresh food as that’s more nutritious and good I had to go for it
