hello madam my baby boy is full of cold, sneezing and blocked nose it's been 4 days, I have used this below medicine but nothing use with this please help me.

use Babyhug baby rub
use nasal saline spray to get rid of blocked nose
keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night
keep her well hydrated by giving her breast milk frequently
please keep your self well hydrated
