#AskTheExpert.. Hello madam.. I have 2 nths old baby.. She always sleeps on one side. Is there any problem in it? How do I stop my baby from sleeping on one side?

A. it's not an problem Let ur baby to sleep with any of his /her comfortable position.  It may be supine, lateral, prone (on tummy) legs up,  No need to worry for that positions.  Don't change baby's position forcefully if Baby is sleeping comfortably with any position. Feed as per baby's demand only.  Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age  Keep a watch on urine output  Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

A. Hi there ! A baby of that age usually can’t turn by themselves so you may offer support on the other side and make the baby sleep on the side you want. Constantly sleeping on one side can alter head shape as their head is too soft and takes shape of the sleeping side. Give tummy time
