hello madam for every 10mins I'm frequently urinating during night time before i fall asleep I have consulted a doctor she said it is nothing problem...

A. Are you not able to evacuate the bladder in one go abd also share the flow of urine abd if any kind of pain and include curd in your daily diet and keep the area clean and dry avoid tight clothing and hope you don’t have any kind of stress and start doing one exercise kegel as it will tone the muscles of this area
