hello ma'am good morning my question is my daughter is 5 years old and when she was 3 year she is not taking a single drop of milk i have tried so much bt she is not taking can you please suggest what substitute should I give otherwise she is eating all vegetables please help me..

A. dear mom. milk is an imp part of toddlers meals. you may offer her milk in moderation, also aim to serve 2-3 serving of milk products like curd yoghurt. cheese. paneer.
