hello.. m having a hairfall after pregancy .. should I take multi vitamin tablets ?

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum it can be because of hormonal disturbance which is very common in the mothers after delivery for any kind of supplement a doctor's recommendation is needed at home you may start with eating Almonds Amla and using Aloe Vera Gel for applying over the hair you can also make use of egg hair mask methi dana hair mask as these are really good to go with
