Hello kindly reply urgently. My baby is having a severe cough and up down fever, We visited the doctor yesterday in the morning and gave medicines twice. But he has not peed for almost 8 hours, is it normal. I am too worried. Anyone please reply

A. hi. during fever some amoubt of dehydration occurs, so give your child adequate fkuids. increaae breast feeding to keep your baby well hydrate. all tge very best .
