A. Ear should be only clean superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping  Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if your baby is continuously rubbinngg the ear or there is any sign of pain when you should consult ENT specialist for this for proper clinical examination till then you should maintain good hygiene. do not let the soap water enter into the ear during bathing and the breast milk or secretions during feeding.

A. Check Babyhug Nasal Aspirator and Ear Syringe : It is BPA free. It is easy to clean. It is specially designed for baby's safety. Before using this, please consult with your doctor. It is used to draw excess wax from baby's ear. It also provides immediate relief from nasal congestion. Use a soft washcloth dipped in warm water. Squeeze it out to get rid of excess water. Use it to wipe around the outer area of baby's ear to clean any ear wax that has trickled outside.
