A. Namaste Mom Kindly observe if the child is weak and full or active as usual also observe his motion and urine output as well so that we get a picture as to what could be the cause

A. mam please give pomegranate juice to the baby for better appetite. also give ajwain ark to the baby. give lots of fluids to the baby including fresh fruits juices and coconut water to the baby. give curd with jeera and also give buttermilk to the baby.
