Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficienccy the doctor will give medicine but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the child which containcs all the important nutrients and supplements.
usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplements to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.

These lesser-known B-complex vitamins help babies' bodies metabolize the macronutrients -- protein, carbohydrates and fat -- from their milk or formula.
