Hello is it ok to switch my 8month old baby formula from nan pro to lactogen?

Yes sometimes it is difficult but sometimes easily you can make the transition just start giving lactogen instead of nan and the child is going to pick up also if you want you can start giving milkshakes and smoothies by using tone pasteurise milk if you do not want to continue with powder milk
