Anindita BhattacharyaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Right now it's better to avoid once in a while you can have but make sure you are having homemade foods freshly prepared have plenty of fluids avoid fasting and long gaps between meals

Nevertheless, a seven-day home-based eating routine or packed lunch box is by no means a license to gate-crash while eating out.
