Q.

hello . iam a mother of twins (boys)they are 1 yr 1 month old and they were completely on formula and I don't have enough breastmilk so they stopped drinking milk after 6 month . now I have stopped giving them formula and iam giving nandini blue packet milk (cows milk) after 1 year . is it ok if iam giving cows milk ?? then what all foods shall I give them.

A. dear mum, yes it is fine if you are giving cow milk to your 1 year old twins. you can give all family foods the way you prepare at home - eggs, non veg, paneer, cheese, nuts.

A. Yes yes of course animal milk after the age of one year is perfectly good you can go for packet milk animal milk whatever you would prefer it’s very healthy to be given if your kids are able to digest what you are giving then there is absolutely no problem in that case
