Q.

hello I was feeling stressed so I have taken a small sleep pill 5mg of melatonin in the noon time to sleep since then I haven't breastfed my baby .can I breastfeed my baby at night around 4 pm

A. Mam it stays in the blood for 12 to 24 hours the medicine that you take so I don’t think so it would be a good idea but still you should just check with your doctor and you should not take these pills without doctors advice
