Q.

Hello, i was feeding formula milk for my 2 year old kid till now and now decided to offer cow milk so how much water should i add for milk during boiling or should i give milk without adding water.. If i should add water then please tell me the measurement how much ml of water should add for 100 ml of thick fat milk..

A. Namaste Mom No need to add water to it , you may introduce it in small quantities initially and gradually as increase the quantity as such. this way they would get used to it

A. Since you’re adding water so you should add about 20% of water in the milk because in this age if the child is already on formula they can easily digest cows or buffaloes milk so that’s what you can give and also you can give it in the form of milkshakes and smoothies and prefer giving full fat only
