Hello… I want to ask if it’s normal to have sore throat and voice changes in toddler without being sick?

A. Hello! Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the condition you have mentioned. Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek proper medical guidance immediately for the child.
