RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl8 months agoA. Aptmil gold is a good option otherwise you can also start giving Amul milk to the child that’s also safe and healthy to be given to the child so you can go for tone pasteurise milk in this age and full cream after year if you want to go for natural milk
