hello I stopped breastfeeding milk when my baby was 1.5 years old as of now she has completed 3 years but still when I press my nipples milk and some sticky yellow discharge is there. is it safe or I need to consult a doctor?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. It happens but if you are doubtful then once you can consult your gynaecologist once and you can start massaging your breast area in outward and upward motion and start chest toning exercises as well
