Hello.. I request the doctors to pls reply to my question.. my daughter is 4years and from past one week she is waking up scream from her sleep.. wat is the reason for this..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedufle and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep alfso make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
