hello .. i observed dots on my 5 yr oldson, I am attaching the photo. should I consult for this ?it's not painful.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl10 months agoA. Not required, please observe whethet any stomach upset in the recent past days. Any kind of allergy, over dosage of medicine, recent fever may give a indication in the tonque of the child. Give hot or warm water always, if any bacteria lives in stomach will destroy gradually.
