hello, I need to travel to a different city with the my 7.5 month baby where I can't cook food for her, can I give Nestum or cerlac for her ? if not what alternative can b used? she have started solid from 6 months

Yes you can give it is totally rather than this now you can also start giving fruits to your baby so you can give while travelling. And now you can also provide biscuits so baby can chew it. And can allow some soft food to eat. Baby should take at least four meals maintain a diet plan according to that.
