Q.

Hello , I m baby girl mom, I just want to know what routine should be followed in baby's meal , from 5+ month she started eating pulse water, cow milk and cereals . I just want to know quantity of food and what variety of food I used to give her?

A. for a 6 month old, give solids once a day. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge, cerelac.
