hello, I'm ANITHA breastfeeding mom of 2month old baby,after the labour,my skin become more darker,before Iwas using skinshine cream, can I use that cream now

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet
please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet
please apply aloe vera gel on affected area twice a day
