hello i m 19 week pregnant yesterday it was diagnose gestational diabetes doctor said to me control your diet . i followed but now my diabetes show fasting 23 after breakfast 28 after lunch 60 now what to do i m so worried about this

I Would advise you to consult a nutritionist will advise you with the correct diet plan that you should follow throughout your pregnancy so that your sugar does not increase in anyways your doctor has asked you to maintain it properly so you should definitely take precautions with everything so please consult a nutrition expert once
