hello I just wanted to readuce mh weight at least 10kg in month what can I do for it please help I can't do exicises as I have 2kids and busy in daily routine now I wanted to focus on my body I am very depressed about mh weight gain please help me out

A. Hello mam, why you have to loose 10kgs in one month and that too without excerise ?? Let me tell you loosing 10kgs in one month will harm your body more than good.. it would make u dull and lead to bad skin, lack of energy, hair loss and many more thing.. I understand that excess weight is making you uncomfortable but doing such thing won’t help either.: loosing weight slowly is anytime better Have small and frequent meals Increase intake of fruits, vegetables, paneer, daal, egg, sprouts, soyabean , daliya, oats in the diet and reduce intake of roti and rice Completely stop by eating biscuit bread fried food namkeen sweets sugar and sugary drinks Have green tea with lemon and ginger twice a day and jeera empty stomach in morning

A. Hello mum how is it do you think it is to lose 10 kgs of weight within a months time without exercising, well I think it’s very difficult and rather impossible. I would advise you to take a proper diet from a dietician which will help you losing down at least 3 to 4 kgs in a month with a proper diet and also I would advise you to go for a brisk walk in the morning as no diet is going to help in a better manner and without any kind of workout so I believe you can at least manage brisk walk in the morning. And take a diet properly properly in months time you let least lose 4 to 5 kgs
