Hello..I hv 8n half months old girl ..wanted to kno which all millets cn i give to my daughter...Ragi I'm already giving in milk ...thanx

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Milets are super food But with that one should know that Millets are very fibrous as well Baajra , raagi , jwaar , jau etc are excellent but should be given in properly cooked form and in small quantity daily.
