Q.

hello... I have back pain too much hard .... when I feed my feed and trying to stand I can't stand straight... my back is just feeling like it's bend it's can't be straight for some time.. feeling too much bad...what to do..plzz help

A. hello continue to take the calcium and Vitamin D supplements as prescribed by doctor have a balanced nutritious diet consisting of variety of food groups especially calcium foods , milk and its products sota almonds, amaranth or rajgira vegetable and atta, ragi, drumstick leaves, broccoli, okra, fish with Edible Bones, adequate exposure to sunlight physiotherapist may help with exercise to strengthen back and knee muscles to relieve pain
