Hello I have 3 months 13 days son . I'm feeling like I have fever and body pain. is there any tablets ?I am breastfeeding Mom

A. do take paracetamol tablet m drink plenty of fluids.. take adequate rest, it's preferable to visit your doctor sos, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management . take care

A. Take Dolo 650,Preparations containing paracetamol are suitable for use by breastfeeding mothers up to the maximum dose of two tablets four times a day.
