Hello, I have 3 month baby. so can I drink green tea and morning time Kellogg's as breckfast. please let me know if I can follow these.

Hello,yes,you can have it but also make sure that what you eat baby will also get it through milk and also make sure that you need to keep yourself hydrated if you are breast-feeding mother and add lots of nutritional and balanced food in your diet.
