Q.

Hello, I got delivery on may 2nd & I had twins (both babies). But, Now they are on formula milk(Lactogen).As of now they are not ready to take my breast milk. Presently my feeding gets stop, how can I improve my lactation (any medication).

A. promolact capsules for improving breast milk is c c cand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. Hi, as soon as they wake up try to 1st breastfeed and then give top feed that is lactogen. Always you need to breastfeed first which is a best practice to improve your breast feed. Have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid. There are positions where you can feed twins at a time. Please consult a lactation she’ll be the best person to assist you with the positions or you can check in the First Cry app or YouTube.
