hello... I gave manna health mix yesterday bt i am asking shopkeeper for raw materials manna health mix to make powder bt her mistake give manna health mix powder. it's given to my 12 month old baby. it's healthy or not?? or I make powder use manna health mix raw materials??? I am confused and so much worried pls suggest anyone solution for this pblm???

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. you can give it Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
