Hello..I breastfeed my baby .He is two months old can I take vitamin c tabs so that it can improve his complexion also.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem it can take vitamin C for yourself but it is not going to improve any complexion it is very good vitamin required for the baby and mother also

U Can have vitamin C tablets if you want to but it is not going to enhance your child’s complexion also I would say that please appreciate the complexion that your child has it is a God gift and it completely depends on your complexion as well if you will behave like this then where is your child going to go when your child grows up in terms of complexion
