Hello , I am mother of 2.5 month old baby girl. I have to rock her in evening and night to make her sleep . Please help me to teach her to sleep by her own.

A. Your child has gotten into the habit of this thing which is normal because from the beginning time parents just want the kids to sleep so they try everything to make them sleep comfortably and for a longer duration so particular particular particular used to break the pattern put your child directly on the bed and start batting back to make the child sleep comfortably
