Hello, I am in 14th week now and this is second pregnancy for me. we live in a villa where I will have to take stairs many times in a day and every day. Is that okay to take stairs that regularly?

A. Maam you should try to stay downstairs only till the time you don’t have any important thing to go upstairs there is no problem in climbing stairs up and down 3 to 4 times in the day just go with the regular speed but avoid you doing it more of the times
