Hello,I am concerned about my baby's weight gain.can you please recommend some healthy foods and tips to support their growth?

A. Namaste Mom, As of this age the child should be given all family foods , offer from varied groups in order to provide a balanced diet. You maj give gram flour chilla , ragi, eggs , stuff paranthas , dry fruits , fresh fruit milk shakes , panner , ghee , legumes such as lobia , chana etc
