Avoid consuming traditional high fat and sugar lactational foods.
have healthy fats from flaxseed, nuts, oats, have fibre rich vegetables and fruits,
have whole grain cereals and Atta
Take good protein from egg, pulses, soya, beans, low fat milk and Milk products.
avoid refined flour, processed fried, sugary food and drinks.
don't Store or buy junk
snack on healthy foods like fruit , nuts, sprouts and salad.
cut salt intake
don't skip meals and breakfast. divide food intake into 6 small meals per day.
Drink lots of water.
Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
