Hello, I am breastfeeding mom of 1 month old baby, I have a stubborn clogged duct on one of my breasts. plz suggest a solution for relieving it

take baby for feeding on the affected side frequently, change positions so that his chin and nose are alternately pointing in the direction of the clogged duct.
Loose clothing avoid bra for some days
