Hello I am a mother of a 3.6 year old baby boy he is in pain due to the mouth ulcers. He is not consuming anything and he is also fever with it, clenorush is good for mouth ulcers as he is having too much. Please guide.

A. do give coconut water, apply honey or zytee gel on mouth ulcer, n paracetamol syp in proper dise to reduce fever, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
