Mom of a 4 yr 1 m old boy4 years ago
Q.

Hello.. I am a mother of 50 days old boy and exclusively breastfed. He has issue latching and also pulls off and cries while breastfeeding. I use laid back position as I have forceful letdown. Is there any way that I can stop my baby from crying during breastfeeding. Does the food I eat affect the milk. What are the foods I should avoid and what to eat? How do I know if my milk supply has regulated?
