Q.

Hello,. I am a breastfeeding mother to a 2.5 month old baby boy, Does consuming coffee affect my baby in anyway? If NO, I would like to know the amount of coffee i can consume in a day?

A. You can have 2 cups of basic coffee if you would want to have it avoid having black coffee you can have regular coffee it is not going to affect your breast feeding or your child because a doctor say people who have it on a regular basis can consume it it’s not a problem
