NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes direct apple cider vinegar is completely safe to be consume which is not a problem even when you are breastfeeding the baby it is safe but any concern you may e check with your doctor otherwise absolutely nothing to worry about
