hello I am 35 years old mother I am feeling foul smell from my vagina but no discharge no infection symptoms no itching only smell plz suggest this is very embarassing!!

A. Hello good morning !! Foul,fishy smell from genitals is common no need to worry ,embarrass on that. Avoid washing with soap,chemical liquids just wash with normal water or lukewarm water. As long as no itching,no discharge no worries.
