A. It's important to address your concerns with care, especially during pregnancy: 1. Cervical Laceration (Cervical Lat): If you have a cervical laceration or any cervix-related concerns, it's crucial to follow your doctor’s advice regarding physical activity and sexual activity during pregnancy. Cervical issues can sometimes increase the risk of complications, so always consult with your healthcare provider before engaging in sexual activity. 2. Sexual Desire & Orgasm: It's common for sexual desire to fluctuate during pregnancy due to hormonal changes. Orgasm without intercourse is not harmful in most cases, but make sure you're comfortable and not experiencing any pain or discomfort during this time. It’s always a good idea to communicate with your doctor, especially if you have a high-risk pregnancy. 3. Sticky Discharge: Some amount of discharge during pregnancy is normal due to hormonal changes. However, if the discharge becomes excessive, has a foul odor, is green or yellow, or is accompanied by itching or irritation, it could be a sign of an infection, and you should contact your doctor. In general, if you have concerns regarding any symptoms or changes in your body during pregnancy, especially with cervical issues, it’s essential to discuss them with your healthcare provider to ensure both your health and the health of your baby.
