Q.

Hello, how to stop night feed for one year old. He demands for feed in every one or one n half hour and then go back to sleep. I want to stop breastfeed but he cries a lot. Day time still can be handled but night is tough as he asks in his sleep and cries.

A. Dear ma’am, if you have decided to stop breastfeeding then do so gradually by reducing one feed at a time allowing few days before you drop the next feed so that your kid will also get adjusted
